Ordering & Shipping
Ordering
We ship double fans or larger except where SF (single fan) is designated. The plants will be freshly dug with foliage and excess root trimmed. Planting instructions will be sent with your order. The plants are guaranteed to be true to the registered name, but if a mistake is made we will replace it with the correct plant and if possible identify the original.
All orders must include full payment by cheque or money order to reserve plants. Shipping charges for the first 5 plants are $10.00 for Ontario and Quebec and $18.00 for the rest of Canada. Add .50 for each additional plant ordered.

We also accept email orders. The plants will be reserved for 2 weeks pending receipt of payment.
For plant orders of $50.00 or more we will include bonus plants or if you prefer additional fans of the plants you have ordered.
Shipping
Shipping is by EXPEDITED POST on Monday or Tuesday so that the plants will arrive before the weekend. This will begin as soon as the plants are growing well in the spring from early May through June. We will also ship throughout the summer for later orders as plants will usually do well if planted by early September. If you prefer to have your plants arrive during a specific week please make a note on the order form and we will try to accommodate you. Do not include shipping charges if you will be picking up your plants at the farm.
Foreign Shipments
We are now able to ship plants to the U. S. Payment may be made by check or money order in US dollars. Inquire about charges for: phytosanitary certificate, postage by express mail, and exchange rate.
Substitution and Bonus plants.
We will only substitute for plants which are sold out if you list an alternate choice on the order form. A refund cheque will be sent with your shipment if we are unable to supply your choice.
We will include bonus plants with orders over $50.00. Please provide a list, or if you prefer, we will add additional fans of the plants that you have ordered.
